1200+ academics from around the world strongly condemn Iran’s attacks
* More than 1,200 academics and researchers from around the world have strongly condemned the US and Israeli attacks on Iranian scientific and educational institutions in an open letter.
* The signatories to the letter called the attacks a gross violation of international law and demanded a UN investigation and accountability for those responsible.
* It stated that science is not a military target and that universities or laboratories should not be turned into battlefields. Professors from leading universities around the world, including two Nobel laureates, supported the letter.
