Milking rights:
فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَآتُوهُنَّ جُجُورَهُنَّ
If women feed your baby, give him his wages.
1. It is not obligatory or necessary for the mother to give milk to her baby for free or for a fee.
However, in this case, when the baby’s diet is not only dependent on breast milk
and other foods (other milk)
can be given to the baby,
care must be taken so that the baby is not harmed.
2. When the baby’s food is dependent only on the mother’s milk,
it is not obligatory for the mother to feed the baby for free, that is,
without any fee, but from the baby’s money (if she has money).
And if he has no money, he will receive a reward from his father.
3. If the child and his father and his grandfather are not rich, then the mother
must give free milk to the child or hire a woman to give milk. However,
it should not harm the child.
However, there are other ways you can use cow’s milk or powdered milk for the baby,
but the cost will be borne by the mother.
4. The mother is the best for giving milk to the baby. Although the mother is free, equivalent or less paid than others. 54

Women after husband’s death:
Once upon a time in some countries, as in India, if a woman’s husband died,
she was burned alive with her husband or taken away by one of the partners as the deceased’s inherited property.
Islam has instructed that after waiting for a certain period of time after the death of the husband,
the woman can remarry.
Maybe in some cases there is no need to wait until this time. 55
If a woman’s husband has died and she has a young child,
she should wait until her child grows up for a second marriage.
But the condition is that while waiting for this, he should not commit any sin.
Because of the possibility of a second marriage, there may be a lack of love between mother and child,
which can have a special effect on the child.
