BPL t20 2025 Players Draft Full squads
This part of just round sees the teams and players an opportunity to the T20 BPL forthcoming season they have been expecting. It is system where the teams participating get a chance to select players in the respective team through a bidding system and string picking.
It was recently conducted a few months before the BPL T20 season begins. I am happy that the participating teams, both the domestic franchises, and the international ones, have the discretion to sign some talents.
The recent BPL draft for next Bangladesh Premier League season has been finalized and all seven franchises have built their squad for the upcoming 11th season of BPL starting from the 1 st of January 2025 to 11 th of February 2025.
Here’s a summary of some of the key squads:
Dhaka Capitals: Retained players: Mustafizur Rahman, Tanzid Hasan Tamim New players: Liton Das, Sabbir Rahman; Two foreign players: Thisara Perera, Johnson Charles.
Chittagong Kings: There are Shakib Al Hasan, Moeen Ali, Angelo Mathews, Shamim Hossain, and Parvez Hossain Emon employed by the franchise.
Fortune Barishal: Tamim Iqbal and Mushfiqur Rahim led the side; Dawid Malan, Kyle Mayers, James Fuller are the overseas players in the list.
Sylhet Strikers: Namibian opener Paul Stirling returns to the side while among the foreign recruits include Jamaican Rahkeem Cornwall.
Rangpur Riders: Once again, Babar Azam and Shakib Al Hassan make it to this team and the others are Wanindu Hasaranga and Hasan Mahmud.
